Einstein’s action in terms of Newtonian fields. (arXiv:1009.1876v1 [hep-th])

We obtain the full non-quadratic Einstein-Hilbert action in terms of the
“Newtonian” or non-relativistic gravitational fields and find a fairly simple
expression. By exchanging time and space this becomes the full non-quadratic
action for massive Kaluza-Klein gravity.
