@pyro1324 I always over lube it. :C
and freewheeling and freewheeling and freewheeling and freewheeling and freewheeling and freewheeling and freewheeling and freewheeling…
sooo uhhh how much do you want for that thing ?
poop
@1donagin yer absoluteky. good on you
btw. I had an assignment on this, and did a similar design to yours. My mousetrap car went the furthest so thanks heaps
do you have any tips for keeping the car going straight? my teacher said that’s really important for the project.
@stelz1621 – You can buy brazing rods at any store that sells welding supplies. They come in 3 foot lengths. Sometimes you can find them at home supply and hardware stores, also.
The 2 screws are “set screws” to hold the too brass tubes in. They hit them on the sides. Don’t over tighten them, or the axle won’t turn.
-Don
Hi, my daughter is trying to build your car. We bought brazing rods from the hardware store yesterday but they aren’t threaded. Can you buy threaded rods or can you thread your own? Also how do you drill a hole in the rod, do you need a special drill bit? Thanks!
Kris
@TheMarCompany – It is a neurofibromous tumor – it has been like that since I was 3 months old. You can see that I don’t let it slow me down much!
what happened to ur middle finger on your right hand? at 1:44 ??
Hi, i have 2 questions for you.
Where were you able to find the brazen rod that was threaded at both ends?
Also what were those two screws used for that you have attached to the chassis of the car near the bushings?
@jmimah
shut up hoe. your jealous. Donagin, epic car dude. I have to make one for school and I went with a 4 wheel drive with gears. Goes about 142 feet but this one chick’s goes like almost 156 so I got to beat her somehow. I might copy yours and see if I can tweak it….. what size records are you using?
I based a mousetrap car off this one for school and it went 150 feet and hit a wall on a level laminate tile floor.
@1donagin Exactly.
@holycrapitstowlie – yeah – just like it has been clear since Carter. Don’t hold your breath…
@TheShay3000 – not really. By the time you get these large wheels, going straight is going to be a problem. Your car has a differential to allow it to go straight even with slightly worn tires. Trains have slightly conical wheels to keep them going straight down the track. You just need to make sure your records are identical diameter. Mine obviously weren’t quite the same…
would 3 weels make it go straighter? 2 on the fron one at the back…
just imagein what a rat trap would do lol
@jmimah Our US government is actually thinking about switching to the metric system.
@jmimah – No – we have to stick with stupid and illogical imperial measurements so that the rest of the world can have a chance to catch up
(Our borrowed measurement system is pretty stupid!)
damb yanks need to convert to metric.
were making this for our project
are there any pictures or diagrams available ?
@1donagin – alright cool; nice video and creation!
@iPhear – tighten the nuts. The free wheeling happens after the string slips out of the hole in the axle…
They are a little heavy, but the inertia they absorb on acceleration will be given back at the end of the run as it rolls and rolls a LONG way…
@DARKLINXMASTER2 She was in Thousand Year Door
@DARKLINXMASTER2 a lot (if not all) of the “merles” have been a staple in the series.
how come in every rpg mario game you always have to find things to get to the last boss???
what about flopside?
@DARKLINXMASTER2 All the Murl’s are in all the Paper Mario Games, just with slightly altered details (such as Marlon’s Mustache)
@RaikouRider I Have a question. Ok here is my porblem I a, on chapter 3-4 and i have VERY low health and no items. If I use the return pipe will i just hsve to start
3-4 again or the WOHLE chapter? Or should I just be extra carefull fighting fransics?
wait… Murluvlee? Isnt she from Paper Mario 64?
if only I knew I could skip the elevator animation when I rented this game
Hey, wouldn’t it be cool if you could place the pure heart in a different pillar, and if you go to count bleck without all the pure hearts, you get a game over? :3
5:08 she is gone have lunch at saffron WAIT A SEC THATS IN POKEMON RED GODAMN IT NINTENDO LOGIC!!!
actually the area between dimensions is called the void
There is a shortcut in the beginning! After Merlon gives the Pure Heart, go behind him and walk till yu come to a ledge. Jump off. You’ll land right next to the pillar(ACTUALLY I Can’t completley say whether it is the right ledge or the left ledge. either way you’ll land on the floor you need to be in
I felt no emotion = /
for shop points i know thousand year door but getting a lot of points can let you buy stuff for free does this work in this game? ( i might be wrong)
@RaikouRider Will you be doing both of them?
With the settings’ look and the sound Mario makes when walking, this reminds me a lot of Knytt Stories. Though I still prefer the first’s graphics to these.
The special effects like the heart placement scene and the cut-and-paste style travel are awesome though. As are many of the designs like the red door.
I think most of us learned the hard way.
I learned the cons of the return pipe the hard way to.
Well, I LOVE Super Paper Mario
some platformer RPG….
i REALLY liked the frist part. it was pretty good.i hop i like your lets play!
i learned it the hard way too
i was just trying to make a joke…
@yondaime9113 …are you REALLY that much of an idiot?
let me guess u have a gaming guide so do I
wait merlon… his name is merlon is he a wizard?
